Enthusiastic people are impossible to resist. An enthusiastic attitude by a person will tend to attract people as a positive indicator of opportunities. No one can associate negative thoughts or anything else but opportunities when enthusiasm is observed.

A person who is enthusiastic either by nature or due to belief in a positive idea or a successful outcome will attract others. An entrepreneur can possess all the right abilities but if enthusiasm is lacking people will not be attracted to the idea. A common thread running through all motivational thinking is that of attracting people. It is necessary to attract the positive attention and approval of the market of the people to make any business venture succeed. Most enterprises depend on volume, so if more people are attracted more volume is created.

An excellent idea and a brilliant business model presented and initiated by a poor and unenthusiastic person will fail. On the other hand quite often an unexciting idea with average potential can be made very successful when managed and led by an excited and enthusiastic entrepreneur. Enthusiasm and excitement is associated with success. Note your response to positive people!

If you have no goals then you have no ambition. All emotions must start with the ambition of goals. Once the wish is initiated and you have a goal you start on the road to achieving it. The next step is to identify the potential of the goal. Once you identify potential your excitement will build as you start your research and planning into a step by step business plan. As your self-confidence builds in your ability so should your self-esteem. This starts a virtuous cycle and you soon start to realize that you are capable of far more than you thought possible. At this stage you have to start with discipline, the drive to start on the project and the discipline to commit yourself completely to achieving the goals you have set. You must communicate yourself and your ideas with unlimited enthusiasm to those people that matter and convince them and believe that you have the best idea in the world.

Only then can magic happen. Once others become convinced that they want something of what you have to offer and that they are able to benefit, they start working with you. Communication of your ideas and what you have to offer others will be accepted by the degree with which you believe in it yourself. Even if you started on this road with trepidation and fear you will build confidence and character as you build experience. Once you thoroughly and confidently believe in yourself and what you have to offer, you have started on the road to fulfillment. Be persistent; never give up when you encounter failure along the road to success.

Remember that you are the person that will determine your success. People can be hired for specialized tasks and professionals paid to devise strategies and develop a winning financial plan. Success will depend on an enthusiastic leader who arrives at the destination of his goals with such excitement and fulfillment that there can be no resistance. Everyone loves a winner.
